We have ‎‎GlobalGAP,‎‎ an international certificate of the standard of good agricultural practice under ‎‎the number 00087-HLXFX-0002.‎

‎This standard prescribes production conditions, inspection mechanisms and product certification.‎

‎ GLOBALGAP closely monitors the production process in which the conditions of standards such as: environmental care and minimum impact on it, animal health, integrated agricultural production, hygiene care in the handling of food products, respect for general health and safety requirements of agricultural employees, and respect for special norms in dealing with workers during production.‎

Rootstocks

The rootstock we use are Gisela 5 and Gisela 6. Obtained by crossing Prunus cerasus and Prunus canescens.

These rootstocks play an important role in the correct and high-quality cultivation of cherries.
