{"id":1341,"date":"2021-04-28T00:12:54","date_gmt":"2021-04-27T22:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.meine-kirschen.ch\/?page_id=1341"},"modified":"2021-06-28T09:24:12","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T07:24:12","slug":"elementor-1341","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.meine-kirschen.ch\/en\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE FARM OF<\/p>\n<h2>MIROSLAV CICOVI\u0106<\/h2>\n<p>CULTIVATION OF TOP QUALITY CHERRIES<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the careful selection of varieties and a professional attitude our cherry breeding gives us a high quality product, recognized in several European countries.<\/p>\n<p>The highest level of processes that are practiced on our farm is confirmed by an international GlobalGAP certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The GlobalGAP principles are the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Limited and controlled use of all agrochemicals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hygiene during the production and handling of agricultural products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provision of instructions and records of all work performed along with assurance of process traceability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Uniform rules that allow objective verification (confirmation that everything is done in the right way)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mutual communication and opinion exchange between manufacturer, distributor and user of the product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Care for the environment and sustainability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Responsible attitude towards employees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Care for the health of the animals on the farm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Watch the video:<\/h4>\n<p>The combination of climatic conditions created by the mountain, the river and the wind provides excellent conditions for the cultivation of cherries.The cherries are harvested by hand, with the stalks, and then treated with hydro cooler.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of the fastest ways to cool cherries.The temperature of the freshly picked cherries is 25-30\u00b0C. Hydro Cooler, as the name itself suggests, is a method of cooling by spraying cold water.
